CHANGES POLICY

• The customer will be able to change the date of the flight without an additional charge, provided that air ticket is issued.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY

1. The customer may cancel the registration within 30 days from the registration date and to receive his registration fee in full .
2. If the customer has canceled the vacation when a flight ticket has already been issued, cancellation fees will be in accordance with airline policy + $ 50 handling fee
3. If the customer has canceled the vacation when visa a has already been issued - The Visa fee + $ 25 handling fee will not be returned to the customer.

INCLUSIONS

1. Return Flight to Tel Aviv – israel
2. Airports tax
3. All tours, transfers and sightseeing as per below itinerary with an English speaking guide according to the package you purchased
4. Hotel accommodations in twin bed or separate beds in a Room with choice of either bathtub or shower.
5. Breakfast & Dinner Daily (H.B)
6. Daily touring as per the itinerary.
7. Accommodation for 5 nights at the above mentioned hotels or similar. (Unless you purchased more nights)
8. Visa to Israel (please note that the costs once visa application is launched are non-refundable).
9. Transportation in a deluxe air conditioned motor-coach as per the itinerary.
10. Entrance fees to all sites mentioned in the itinerary
11. Pilgrim certificate with name inscribed from "Free holiday"

EXCLUSIONS

1. Any item of Personal Nature
2. Traveler insurance & personal expenses. ( must )
3. Tip
4. Any other item not indicated as ‘included’ on the list above.
